b55 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the b55 platform at b55.plus — whether on desktop, mobile browser or through the b55 App — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form the complete agreement between you and b55 regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of b55 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. The most recent version of these Terms is always available on this page, along with the date of last update at the top.

2. Eligibility

Access to b55 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. b55 does not permit access to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of b55 or its associated companies.
• You understand that online gaming and betting involves financial risk and that you may lose money.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally.

b55 does not represent, warrant or claim that use of this platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction. It is your personal responsibility to check whether online gaming and betting is permitted under the laws that apply to you.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active b55 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, b55 may close them and void any associated bonuses or winnings without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid contact method and any other details requested during the registration process. b55 may at any point ask you to verify your identity by submitting a copy of a government-issued identification document. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in your account being restricted.

• Your b55 account username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account login.
• b55 staff will never ask you to share your password via any channel — email, chat or otherwise.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, notify b55 support immediately.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to log in and use your account — is not permitted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at b55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Mobile wallets are also accepted where supported.

Deposits are credited to your b55 PKR balance once the transaction is confirmed through the relevant payment channel. b55 does not charge a deposit fee on its end, though individual payment providers may apply their own charges — this is outside b55's control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity must be verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their stated wagering requirements before the associated balance becomes withdrawable.
• b55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there is reason to do so under its verification procedures.
• Processing times vary depending on the payment channel — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer.

b55 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile money provider or card issuer once a withdrawal has been processed on the b55 side. If a deposit or withdrawal fails, contact b55 support with the transaction reference number and the relevant payment channel details.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

b55 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on Slots and sports betting free bets. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements and expiry dates. Those specific terms take precedence over this general section where there is any conflict.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses at b55:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money PKR balance. The order in which real and bonus funds are used in games is defined by the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Only one active bonus may apply at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use. b55 reserves the right to void a bonus and cancel any associated winnings if it determines that a player has been systematically exploiting bonus structures — for example through arbitrage staking, matched betting across markets or use of multiple accounts.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside the b55 platform.
• b55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a bonus in good faith will be notified of any material changes.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The b55 Bet section covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports and other sports as available. Placing a bet on b55 constitutes your acceptance of both these Terms and Conditions and the specific rules governing that sport and market type.

The following rules apply across all sports betting at b55:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent movement.
• In-play bets placed on Cricket and other live markets are subject to a brief acceptance window. b55 reserves the right to void bets placed after the relevant event moment (e.g. a wicket or boundary) has occurred, even if the result was not yet displayed at the time of placement.
• Bet settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for Cricket this means the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the ICC depending on the competition.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or declared void by the governing body, bets will be settled according to b55's standard void/abandonment rules as stated in the individual market description.
• Matched betting — placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — is not permitted on b55.
• b55 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets or suspend an account if unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

7. Casino & Game Rules

The b55 platform includes Slots, Live Casino, standard Casino table games, Bingo and Fish Games. All games are provided by third-party software suppliers and run on certified random number generator (RNG) systems where applicable. Live Casino games are run by human dealers in real time via streamed video.

• Each game has its own specific rules, paytable and return-to-player (RTP) rate. RTP and volatility information is available within the game or on the game's information panel before you play.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and the stake returned to your PKR balance. Where a round has been completed and the result recorded in the system before disconnection, that result stands.
• Demo mode is available on most Slot titles so you can learn a game's mechanics without using your real PKR balance. Demo play does not generate real winnings.
• Bingo rooms at b55 run on scheduled sessions with ticket prices denominated in PKR. Prizes are awarded to the first player to complete the required pattern as stated in that room's rules.
• Fish Games involve a skill-influenced shooting mechanic. Payouts are based on the value of fish caught during the session. The house edge applies across all Fish Games titles.

b55 is not responsible for any loss arising from a player's misunderstanding of a game's rules. It is your responsibility to read the game information before playing for real PKR.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on b55. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with b55 games, betting markets or the platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in Poker, Bingo or any other game where player vs. player interaction is involved.
• Using the b55 platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime. Transactions that appear structured to avoid detection thresholds will be reported as required.
• Attempting to charge back a PKR deposit after using those funds to play games or place bets.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing b55 support staff or other users in any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

b55 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified.
• Verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Suspicious activity, unusual transaction patterns or potential fraud has been detected.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your PKR balance will be held and not accessible during that period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, access will be restored along with your balance. If a breach is confirmed, b55 may retain all or part of the balance in accordance with these Terms.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting b55 support. Voluntary closures are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money PKR balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (net of any unmet bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

10. Privacy & Data

b55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to your personal data being used as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is collected for account management, identity verification, payment processing and fraud prevention purposes.
• b55 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data, game history and betting records are retained for as long as required for operational and compliance purposes.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data or ask for corrections to inaccurate information by contacting b55 support.

11. Responsible Gaming

b55 is committed to providing gaming and betting as an entertainment activity. It should remain enjoyable and affordable. If gaming stops being fun or begins to feel like a necessity rather than a choice, that is a signal to take a step back.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can add to your b55 account. Once set, this limit applies immediately and cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.

• b55 is not liable for any financial loss arising from a player's gaming or betting decisions on the platform.
• b55 is not liable for losses caused by a player's failure to keep login credentials secure.
• b55 is not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banks.
• b55 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses however arising.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

b55 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, b55 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, b55 may also notify registered users via their registered contact method.

Continued use of b55 after an update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
